Forme contrattuali e flessibilità nelle imprese manifatturiere italiane: alcuni confronti regionali

Abstract

Obiettivo dell'articolo è trarre dai microdati di flusso di attivazioni e chiusure dei rapporti di lavoro nelle imprese manifatturiere di quattro regioni italiane nel periodo 2009-2015 indicazioni sulle relazioni tra flessibilità e forme contrattuali. L'analisi svolta conduce a sottolineare alcuni fatti: un'asimmetrica polarizzazione tra lavoratori con soli contratti a tempo determinato e lavoratori con soli contratti a tempo indeterminato; un assai limitato ruolo dei contratti a tempo determinato come ponte verso il tempo indeterminato; e una limitata durata dei contratti a tempo indeterminato. Una serie di problemi connessi a questi fatti sono opportunamente sottolineati.
