Abstract

L'autrice affronta il tema della rappresentatività sindacale per accedere alla contrattazione collettiva nazionale attraverso l'analisi del Patto federativo del 1972 messo a confronto con l'Accordo interconfederale del 10 gennaio 2014 al fine di individuare elementi di comunanza e divergenza, traendone così alcuni spunti di riflessione.
