Regional Models and Experiences of Distance Learning Provision in Apprenticeships during the Pandemic Phase

Abstract

Il lavoro analizza i risultati di un’indagine pilota sul ruolo della formazione a distanza (FAD) nell’apprendistato professionalizzante durante la pandemia da Covid-19. L’indagine, dal taglio interdisciplinare, si pone l’obiettivo di esaminare i punti di forza e le criticità della FAD in apprendistato come asset fondamentale di un sistema formativo innovativo. Sono state esaminate le diverse tipologie di FAD al fine di comprendere l’evoluzione delle tecnologie digitali nel settore della formazione professionale. Dal punto di vista metodologico, è stata realizzata un’analisi giuridico- normativa dei modelli regionali di erogazione della FAD per l’apprendistato professionalizzante in tre contesti territoriali (Lombardia, Piemonte e Lazio) e sono state effettuate alcune interviste semi-strutturate a referenti di Centri di formazione professionale dislocati nelle stesse regioni. I risultati sono incoraggianti in termini di abbattimento delle distanze e dei costi; tuttavia, sono emersi alcuni rischi legati all’impoverimento della dimensione relazionale durante la fase pandemica. Molte delle potenzialità legate all’utilizzo del technology enhanced learning (TEL) nella formazione esperienziale tipica dell’apprendistato sono ancora da esplorare, per incentivare la motivazione e la partecipazione attiva degli apprendisti.
