Abstract

L’introduzione alla sezione monografica del numero di “Economia&Lavoroµ si sofferma sull’importanza degli strumenti di work-based learning, ai fini della promozione dei processi apprendimento e dello sviluppo di conoscenze operative che favoriscono la comprensione e la relazione con gli altri. Quindi, presenta i cinque articoli contenuti nella sezione, i quali si occupano di due strumenti rilevanti di apprendimento sul lavoro: apprendistato e tirocinio. Sono enucleate le principali argomentazioni proposte da ciascun articolo per individuare le traiettorie di evoluzione dei due dispositivi, le potenzialità e le criticità riscontrate nel loro utilizzo, nonché per sviluppare alcune riflessioni sulle misure di policy in grado di rafforzare la qualità di queste forme di apprendimento.
