L'actionnaire dirigeant de l'entreprise familiale

Abstract

The chief executive officer who in the same time is the manager of the family enterprise, must compromise permanently between the managerial rationality and the affectivity which prevails in a system of individual relations. These two poles mutually built-in create a tension which has to be carefully managed.
