Science Régionale, ASRDLF et économétrie spatiale

Abstract

L’article montre comment l’économétrie spatiale, de technique peu connue à une « époque obscure », est devenue une discipline. Il montre aussi que cette économétrie spatiale « sans espace » mérite totalement son appellation aujourd’hui. Il rappelle que des outils et des méthodes qui existaient dès les années cinquante sans être connus ou utilisés, sont devenus des composantes classiques et largement utilisés. Des évolutions fortes et positives ont eu lieu par l’intégration de l’économie spatiale et de l’économétrie proprement dite. Il reste encore du travail et notamment en ce qui concerne les biais spatiaux, la spécification, les estimateurs, et la complexité.
