Politiques publiques et “bonne gouvernance” en Tunisie

Abstract

This article proposes to show from an approach of the participative and local dimension, the adequacy of the Tunisian policy with the international intentions from the topic of the governance. We will show how the Tunisian State was registered in a step of good governance, by its redeployment around an opening on the civil society and on the territorial regulation. We approach the governance in a logic of controlled delegation and re-institutionalization of the State.
