Abstract

Economic reality demonstrates that the future isn't decided by genetics, informatics or new materials, but by professional, creative and cultural capacities of the human subject. Performance is conditioned by the existence of an information, intelligence and creativity fond, a capital that can't be replaced by anything and which changes the concept of efficiency.
