Abstract

The importance of experts from public and private sector participation in the process of elaboration and implementation of protective measures should be understood through the need to ensure awareness by all stakeholders of tasks and duties assigned to them, during and after solving emergency situations arising from different vulnerabilities or risk factors. In this context, to the partnership with non-governmental organizations is assigned a support function
