Recitindu-l pe Norman Manea: Harta imaginară de-a lungul întregii opere

Abstract

Marcat de nostalgia pentru „România spiritului”, imagine reflectată şi de metafora „casa melcului”, fragmentele literare pe care le abordăm în această lucrare tratează o acută conştiinţă obsesivă a trans-localizării, care depăşeşte în importanţă conceptul ambiguu de ’hyphenated identity’ / „identitate hibridă” (evreu-român-american). Încercăm să urmărim traiectoriile narative/istorice pe harta imaginară a scrierilor lui Norman Manea, având în vedere concepte precum „geografie literară”, „imaginaţie spaţială”, sau „spaţii proiectate ale ficţiunii”, bazându-ne pe (re)lectura unor texte din perspectiva aplicată a valorii lor documentare în legătură cu (re)locarea.
