Abstract

Lumea educaţională se schimbă rapid. Observăm că utilizarea Internet-ului şi a noilor tehnologii informaţionale şi comunicaţionale a devenit parte importantă a strategiilor de învăţare şi de predare în cadrul multor universităţi. Unele instituţii intenţionează să devină instituţii globale sau virtuale; altele utilizează Internet-ul combinând metodele tradiţionale de livrare cu predarea online.
