Analýza zdieľania vôd v povodí rieky Níl

Abstract

Autorka sa v článku venuje problému nerovnomerného rozdelenia alokácie vody v povodí rieky Níl v prospech jediného poriečneho štátu, Egypta. Jeho výsadná pozícia medzi poriečnymi štátmi vedie k aplikácii teórie hegemonickej stability, podľa ktorej je prítomnosť jediného najsilnejšieho štátu, hegemóna, podmienkou na vytvorenie stabilného riečneho režimu. Autorka v článku poukazuje na hegemonickú pozíciu Egypta a skúma jeho postavenie voči niekoľkým kľúčovým poriečnym štátom.
