Vybrané aspekty voľného pohybu pracovných síl po vstupe nových členských štátov do Európskej únie

Abstract

Článok sa zaoberá voľným pohybom pracovníkov, ktorý predstavuje základnú slobodu zaručenú právom ES. V prvej časti je pozornosť venovaná právu občanov slobodne sa pohybovať na území ktoréhokoľvek členského štátu s cieľom zamestnať sa a usadiť sa so svojimi rodinnými príslušníkmi v tomto štáte. Základným princípom spojeným s voľným pohybom pracovníkov je zákaz priamej alebo nepriamej diskriminácie na základe národnosti. Súčasne zabezpečuje rovnaké zaobchádzanie, čo sa týka daňových a sociálnych výhod. Druhá časť článku je venovaná prechodnému usporiadaniu voľného pohybu pracovníkov, ako aj ekonomickým a sociálnym dôsledkom tejto slobody po rozšírení.
