Medzinárodné vzťahy ako jedna z inštitucionálnych foriem teórie regulovania

Abstract

Medzinárodné vzťahy sú jednou z piatich inštitucionálnych foriem, ktoré tvoria výskumný program teórie regulovania. V období vzniku tejto významnej školy ekonomického myslenia (70. roky 20. storočia) sa ich skúmaniu venovali najmä M. Aglietta, A. Lipietz a J. Mistral. Vo svojich prácach sa sústreďovali na problémy rozširovania fordizmu v krajinách tretieho sveta a tiež na analýzu vzťahov, formujúcich štruktúru svetovej ekonomiky. V posledných rokoch venujú predstavitelia teórie regulovania značnú pozornosť medzinárodnej migrácii pracovných síl. Vyvracajú jeden zo záverov štandardnej teórie medzinárodného obchodu, podľa ktorého liberalizácia pohybu tovarov a služieb redukuje migračné toky. Zároveň predkladajú alternatívny návrh k uvedenému prístupu. Berú v ňom do úvahy javy, s ktorými tradičná teória neuvažovala: sieťové efekty, pas mobility, kaskádovité efekty.
