Osobitosti jednotného trhu Európskej únie s poľnohospodárskou produkciou

Abstract

Fungovanie jednotného trhu Európskej únie s poľnohospodárskou produkciou, na ktorom bola zavedená spoločná poľnohospodárska politika (SPP), má svoje vlastné pravidlá a princípy. SPP bola založená na základe určitých kľúčových cieľov, pričom hlavným cieľom bolo zabezpečiť sebestačnosť v základných potravinách. Článok je venovaný analýze fungovania ochrany a podpory poľnohospodárov. Osobitá pozornost je v článku venovaná tomu, ako táto podpora (cenové dotácie, exportné subvencie a priama pomoc) ovplyvňuje trh. Politika podpôr orientovaná na zvýšenie produkcie, ktorou sa SPP skutočne stala, viedla k nadprodukcii a vysokým výdavkom zo spoločného rozpočtu EÚ. Záver článku obsahuje analýzu reforiem, ktoré boli zavedené v snahe dosiahnuť trhovo orientované poľnohospodárstvo, podporujíce ochranu životného prostredia a rozvoj vidieka.
