Abstract

30. novembra 2007 sa Slovenská republika stala 27. členským štátom Medzinárodnej energetickej Agentúry (International Energy Agency, Agence International de l'Énergie). Článok reaguje na túto skutočnosť. Jeho zámerom je poukázať na okolnosti vzniku tejto Agentúry a na úlohy, ktorými bola jej členskými štátmi poverená. Rovnako sú prezentované aj rôzne aspekty činnosti tejto špecializovanej Agentúry Organizácie pre ekonomickú spoluprácu a rozvoj (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and development, Organisation de Cooperation et de Développement Économiques. OECD) a interakcie tejto činnosti s právnym poriadkom jednotlivých členských štátov. Vzhľadom na skutočnosť, že Slovenská republika zohráva v rámci európskeho energetického trhu úlohu dôležitého tranzitného štátu, majú tieto interakcie pre slovenské hospodárske právo značný význam.
