Pretrvávajúce bariéry jednotného trhu po rozšírení Európskej únie

Abstract

Jadrom európskej ekonomickej integrácie je jednotný trh. Integrácia trhov členských štátov Únie predpokladá fungovanie štyroch ekonomických slobôd, t. j. voľného pohybu tovaru, služieb, osôb a kapitálu, ktoré sú podporované existenciou spoločných a koordinovaných politík. Vytvorenie jednotného trhu dáva členským štátom silnejší impulz pre liberalizáciu predtým chránených národných trhov. Napriek tomu, že prínosy jednotného trhu sú nespochybniteľné, naďalej pretrvávajú mnohé technické a administratívne prekážky brániace efektívnejšiemu fungovaniu jednotného trhu v praxi. Autorka poukazuje na existujúce prekážky voľného pohybu pracovníkov a voľného pohybu služieb v rozšírenej Európskej únii po roku 2004.
