Riešenie medzinárodných obchodných sporov

Abstract

Subjekty medzinárodného obchodu počas spolupráce vstupujú do rôznych vzťahov, ktoré majú zmluvný a nezmluvný charakter. Rozvoj medzinárodných obchodných vzťahov sprevádzajú obchodné spory, ktoré brzdia tento rozvoj. Od toho ako rýchlo a spravodlivo sa riešia spory medzi stranami záleží efektivita medzinárodného obchodu. Obchodné spory sa môžu riešiť na príslušnom štátnom súde alebo prostredníctvom rozhodcovského konania, ktoré je alternatívnym spôsobom riešenia sporov.
