Causes Of Debt Crisis In Greece

Abstract

The primary objective of the paper is to investigate the causes of the debt crisis in Greece, to describe its course based on the materials studied. The paper focuses on completing all identified causes that have affected the crisis situation in Greece. The causes are several, but the most significant is the annual increase in public caused by poor government management and their welfare state program. In a nutshell, we will outline the situation since 2010 and the program of assistance provided to Greece by the IMF, the EU and the ECB.
