Vplýv Súčasných Kríz V Európe Na Hodnotu Európskeho Občianstva

Abstract

Európske občianstvo, ako supranacionálna forma občianstva, v sebe zahŕňa mnoho nadrámcových práv a z nich plynúcich výhod, ktoré prináležia občanom členských krajín EÚ. Je to teda inštitút, ktorý od svojho zakotvenia v Zmluve o Európskej únii prispieva k pozitívnemu vzťahu ľudí voči európskemu zoskupeniu. Avšak Európa v posledných rokoch prechádza z jednej krízy do druhej a dôvera občanov v Úniu pomaly klesá. Výsledkom je, že občania jednej z jej najsilnejších krajín sa rozhodli ju opustiť. Cieľom tohto článku je preto analyzovať význam európskeho občianstva pre európskych občanov v kontexte súčasných kríz. Článok má informatívny charakter a na základe analýzy posledných prieskumov Eurobarometra skúma, porovnáva a vyhodnocuje, aký dopad na hodnotu európskeho občianstva má migračná kríza a úspešné referendum Spojeného kráľovstva o vystúpení z Únie.
