Analýza parlamentných volieb 2013 v Rakúskej republike

Abstract

Cieľom príspevku je upriamiť pozornosť na parlamentné voľby do Národnej rady Rakúskej republiky, ktoré sa konali 29. septembra 2013. Voličská účasť v nich dosiahla 74,9%, čím sa zaradila medzi najnižšie od vzniku Druhej republiky v roku 1945. Z hľadiska volebných výsledkov najmarkantnejším rysom tohtoročných parlamentných volieb v Rakúsku je potvrdenie prepadu politickej podpory strán tzv. Veľkej koalície SPÖ a ÖVP (najnižšia podpora verejnosti od roku 1945), nárast podpory populistických strán (okrem FPÖ prekročila hranicu potrebnú na vstup do parlamentu aj populistická strana Franka Stronacha FRANK) a vstup dvoch nových politických subjektov (okrem strany FRANK v politickom zápase uspela aj liberálna strana NEOS) do zákonodarného zboru a celkové rozšírenie politických strán zastúpených v parlamente na šesť.Aj napriek poklesu podpory pre tzv. Veľkú koalíciu sa spojenectvo SPÖ a ÖVP javí ako najpravdepodobnejšie z hľadiska zostavenia vlády. Jedine tieto dva politické subjekty dokážu v Národnej rade zabezpečiť väčšinu, hoci už nie v takej sile, ako tomu bolo v minulosti.
