Inovačná Politika Európskej Únie

Abstract

Príspevok sa zaoberá inovačnou politikou Európskej únie, inováciami v najvyspelejších štátoch sveta, komparatívnou analýzou v produkcii a využívaní inovácií Európskej únie a ostatného sveta. Pozícia Európskej únie a jej členských štátov vo svetovom meradle sa nezlepšuje. Dokonca EÚ stráca zo svojej pozície. Rozdielna je situácia v inovačnej politike a jej výsledkoch v jednotlivých členských štátoch EÚ. Únia pre zlepšenie svojej situácie vypracovala niekoľko strategických dokumentov, ktorých naplnenie má viesť k zlepšeniu jej pozície vo svete v oblasti inovácií. Rozširovaním EÚ v poslednej dekáde dochádza k zhoršovaniu výsledkov v oblasti inovácií, pretože nové členské štáty musia zatiaľ venovať pozornosť a finančné prostriedky riešeniu základných ekonomických problémov a menej pozornosti venujú inovačnej politike, ktorá v istom slova zmysle predstavuje spoločenskú nadstavbu.
