Komplikovaný Prechod K Multipolarite

Abstract

Cieľom článku je prispieť do aktuálnej diskusie o meniacej sa mocenskej štruktúre sveta. Globálne systémové usporiadanie podlieha neustálej zmene a niektorí teoretici ohlasujú prechod k multipolarite už v súčasnosti. Vychádzame z predpokladu, že síce dnešný systém je charakterizovaný unipolaritou, postupne v nej dochádza k poklesu moci súčasnej superveľmoci a vzápätí vzostup nových veľmocí. Avšak multipolarita je v porovnaní s unipolaritou a bipolaritou charakterizovaná ako najnestabilnejší model medzinárodných vzťahov. V článku však argumentujeme, že z hľadiska stability môže byť multipolarita v 21. storočí iným prípadom v porovnaní s dejinami, pretože stabilita systému závisí viac od vzťahov medzi aktérmi ako od ich počtu.
