Verschiedene Identitätsformen von Soldaten in multinationalen Truppenteilen

Abstract

Otázka identity nadobúda v čase permanentných sociálnych a integračných procesov čoraz väčší význam. V kultúrnych kontaktoch interakcii dochádza k tomu, že národy vedome alebo nevedome preberajú vlastnosti iných národov. Výsledkom je aj to, že adaptácia kultúrnych vlastností môže modifikovať aj identitu jednotlivcov. Ich množstvo je podmienené trvaním kontaktov. V článku sa rozoberajú nielen teoretické aspekty problému identity, ale prezentujú sa aj výsledky empirického výskumu, ktorý sa uskutočnil medzi poľskými vojakmi, ktorí slúžili vo viacnárodnostných jednotkách. Uvádzané výsledky sú súčasťou väčšieho výskumu problému medzikultúrnej komunikácie vo viacnárodnostných jednotkách.
