Teoretické koncepty zdôvodňujúce rozdiel v odmeňovaní mužov a žien

Abstract

Príspevok je zameraný na problematiku Lisabonskej zmluvy, celým názvom Lisabonská zmluva, ktorou sa mení Zmluva o Európskej únii a Zmluva o založení Európskeho spoločenstva. Lisabonská zmluva je jednou z najdiskutovanejších tém súčasnosti, ktorej cieľom je zefektívnenie, zmodernizovanie a zreformovanie EÚ. Podrobnejšie sa príspevok zaoberá popisom štruktúry samotnej zmluvy, zmeny z nej vyplývajúce a na záver príspevok načrtáva aktuálnu situáciu ratifikačného procesu. Príspevok bol vypracovaný v rámci riešenia grantovej úlohy VEGA č. 1/4563/07 „Vzťah medzinárodného práva a európskeho práva“.
