K analýze zmien vo vnímaní problematiky žien v médiách na prahu tretieho tisícročia

Abstract

Príspevok venuje pozornosť cieľom a formám medializácie problematiky žien od začiatku 90-tych rokov do súčasnosti. Autorka analyzuje vybrané mediálne projekty a ich ciele pri oslovení verejnosti v 90-tych rokoch a konštatuje, že hoci je otvorenosť a vnímavosť k tejto problematike v našej populácii vysoká, z poznatkov sociologických výskumov a analýzy foriem oslovenia slovenskej verejnosti vyplýva nutnosť zmeniť viaceré stereotypné predstavy, ktoré vymedzujú typické správanie príslušníka daného pohlavia. Formovanie postojov verejnosti by sa malo orientovať predovšetkým na podporu (zakonzervovanie) pozitívnych postojov, na urýchlenie kryštalizácie latentných a nevyzretých názorov a neutralizáciu negatívnych názorov, postojov, mienky verejnosti voči ženám a riešeniu ich špecifických problémov.
