Vplyv Vstupu Do Európskej Únie Na Legislatívu Slovenska

Abstract

Článok sa zaoberá výskumom dopadov vstupu Slovenska do Európskej únie na jeho platnú legislatívu. Hlavným cieľom článku je dokázať, resp. vyvrátiť výrazný vplyv európskych predpisov na slovenskú legislatívu. Na začiatku je vysvetlený právny systém Euróspkej únie a formy jeho vplyvu na legislatívu členských krajín. Ďalej sa zaoberáme analýzou faktorov vplývajúcich na proces transpozície právnych predpisov v EÚ. Podrobnejšie sa venujeme aj prístupovému procesu Slovenska do EÚ a postupnému prispôsobovaniu právneho systému Slovenska v tomto období. Významným prínosom článku je analýza transpozičného procesu európskych právnych aktov do slovenskej legislatívy.
