Abstract

Globalization, competition and technological progress directly influence the performance and development of an organization. Increasingly competitive markets emphasize the need to innovate and increase the ability of organizations to adapt to change, and the maturity of markets and shorter product life cycles bring to the fore the ability to create new business models, products, services and processes. In our opinion, the way in which innovation evolves at the level of companies is undergoing fundamental changes. The emergence of digital technologies gives innovation a more collaborative character and a more open to the international space. The purpose of this paper is to study the attitude of employees in the field of construction regarding the capacity for innovation and change of the companies in which they work.
