Survey On Corporate Governance

Abstract

Companies’ major challenge at present is the implementation of the best solutions generating efficient operation and therefore success. A solution in this regard may be the application of corporate governance principles. The goal of this paper is to highlight the main approaches of corporate governance, its fundamental principles and the implications of applying them in the micro- and macro-economic environment. In order to carry out this paper, the author has used quantitative research in specialized literature and regulations in force.
