Abstract

This article examines the comprehensive legal framework established in Uzbekistan to protectthe rights and interests of children, highlighting the country's commitment to aligning its nationallegislation with international norms. The study explores the various normative documents and policiesimplemented in Uzbekistan to ensure the protection of children's rights, including their right to life,health, dignity, and freedom from discrimination. Furthermore, the article discusses the integration ofinternational legal standards into national laws, demonstrating Uzbekistan's dedication to fulfilling itsinternational obligations. The research also analyzes the mechanisms employed by state and localauthorities to safeguard children's rights and promote their physical, intellectual, spiritual, and moraldevelopment. The findings underscore Uzbekistan's proactive approach in creating a robust legal systemthat prioritizes the well-being and development of children in the digital age.
