Stärkung des Genossenschaftswesens durch externe Fonds: Die externe Mutualität der Genossenschaften in Italien

Abstract

Der Autor analysiert die Merkmale der externen Mutualität bei italienischen Genossenschaften unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Mutualitätsfonds. Diese sammeln und verwalten einen Anteil der Bilanzgewinne bestehender Unternehmen und finanzieren damit neue Initiativen zur Stärkung der Genossenschaftsbewegung. Nach dem Kommentar der einschlägigen Bestimmungen wird das Wirken dieser genossenschaftlichen venture capitalists in der Autonomen Provinz Bozen Südtirol untersucht.
