Abstract

Die Diskussion um die optimale Mindestbetriebsgröße von Unternehmen betrifft nicht nur eingetragene Genossenschaften (eG), sondern wird auch auf genossenschaftliche Prüfungsverbände ausgeweitet. Dabei setzt sich in vielen Fällen die Erkenntnis durch, dass allein mit einer Fusion und der damit verbundenen Unternehmensvergrößerung nicht zwingend eine Erhöhung des optimalen Mitgliedernutzens erzielt wird.
