Flugzeug-Leasingfonds - eine kritische Erörterung

Abstract

Mobilien-Leasingfonds zur Finanzierung von Flugzeugen für den zivilen Luftverkehr und ausgewählte andere Mobilien haben 1994 sehr an Bedeutung gewonnen. Dazu haben hohe erwartete Renditen, aber auch ausgeklügelte Vertragsstrukturen beigetragen. Der folgende Aufsatz zeigt die Technik von Structured-finance-Transaktionen auf Es wird herausgearbeitet, daß hohe Renditeerwartungen der Fondszeichner das ertragswirtschaftliche Pendant zur Übernahme von Risiken darstellen, die vor allem aus der Instabilität des steuerlichen Umfelds resultieren.
