Abstract

Das Urteil ist die erste Entscheidung, die sich mit dem Anlegerschutz bei einem (wenn auch atypischen) Eigenkapitalgenußschein beschäftigt. Sie gibt Anlaß, die Schutzproblematik vertieft und grundsätzlich zu behandeln.
