Abstract

In den letzten Jahren hat sich bei uns die Erkenntnis durchgesetzt, daß die Konkunenzfähigkeit des Wirtschaftsraumes Deutschland innerhalb eines sich langsam bildenden Europas auch in besonderem Maße von der internationalen Konkurrenzfähigkeit unseres Kapitalmarktes bestimmt wird. Letztere ist heute allenfalls eingeschränkt vorhanden. Die entscheidende Frage lautet: Wie kann die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des deutschen Börsenwesens im internationalen Kontext zurückgewonnen werden?
