Abstract

Zu den Bereichen, die auf dem Weg zum Binnenmarkt 1992 immer mehr durch europäisches Recht anstelle von nationalen Vorschriften reguliert werden, gehört auch der Aufkauf von Unternehmen. Der Beitrag untersucht die auf diesem Gebiet von der EG teilweise bereits geschaffenen und noch zu schaffenden einheitlichen rechtlichen Grundlagen.
