Abstract

In den vergangenen Monaten haben sich die Nachrichten gehäuft, dass die Bausparkassen Altverträge, die für die Kunden lukrativ sind, kündigen. Insgesamt sollen laut Presseberichten mehr als 150.000 Bausparer von den Kündigungen betroffen sein. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll in diesem Artikel analysiert werden, wie sich das Niedrigzinsumfeld auf die Bausparkassen auswirkt und wie sich die Profitabilität der Bausparkassen in den vergangenen Jahren entwickelt hat. Darüber hinaus wird untersucht, von welchen Faktoren die Zinsspanne der Bausparkassen abhängig ist.
