Abstract

Am 14. und 15. März 2002 veranstaltete der RWS Verlag in Berlin das „RWS-Forum Bankrecht 2002". Die Veranstaltung unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Norbert Horn, Köln, und Rechtsanwalt beim BGH Prof. Dr. Achim Krämer, Karlsruhe, diente einem Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis zu aktuellen Themen und Problembereichen des Bankrechts. In insgesamt zwölf Referaten wurde ein breites Spektrum bankrechtlicher Fragestellungen vorgestellt und in sich jeweils anschließenden Diskussionen unter den über 100 Teilnehmern rege diskutiert
