Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the role of information support of land management and the improvement of the theoretical and methodological foundations of information support of land management in agriculture. The feasibility of introducing information support for land management is determined by scientific and technical progress in the field of geodesy and cartography, the development of geo-information technologies, as well as the need to improve the efficiency of land management caused by the transformation of agricultural land use, land redistribution and activation of the land market. It is determined that the process of information support of land management allows you to create a comprehensive view of the organization of the territory, improvement of agricultural land and crop rotation and make informed decisions in the process of land management design. A structural-logical model of a system for information management of land management in agriculture has been proposed, which implies the functioning of three main interrelated subsystems: information-analytical, automation of land management design, organization of land management works. The main task of the information-analytical subsystem of information management of land management in agriculture is the organization of data storage, ensuring the procedures for editing and restoring them, and servicing requests for information retrieval entering the system. The subsystem of automation of land management design includes elements that provide data processing, information transformation, mathematical modeling and analysis. The main task of the latter subsystem is to conduct land management work on the basis of generating and formatting the results of the system in the form of maps, graphic images, tables, texts and other information. In general, the information support of land management in agriculture is one of the ways to innovatively improve the process of managing agricultural production.
