Optimization of the cities eco reconstruction mechanism

Abstract

This paper deals with issues concerning support decisions on eco reconstruction of cities process. Implementation of strategy and tactics involve operational decisions aimed at improving the state of natural systems and the environment. Environmental monitoring is the basis for making such decisions, where assessment and analysis of the environment are an integral part of which. Recycling of environmental information is a key in this assessment and analysis, which can be the basis for computer modeling of ecosystems, which will allow to carry out computational experiments to show eco processes of the city.
