Creating of a plant compositions considering the Allelopathic activity of the Artemisia absinthium

Abstract

This paper deals with Allelopathic impact of Artemisia absinthium L. on the growth and development of other kinds of medicinal plants. The effect of water extract of Artemisia absinthium L. on ge-rmination of seeds of medicinal plants has been studied. It has been determined, that extracts from Artemisia absinthium L. are characterized by significant Allelopathic activity and this kind can be sown from seed Calendula officinalis L., Lophanthus anisatus Benht., Hyssopus officinalis L, Salvia sclarea L., and Scutellaria baicalensis L., but it is not desirable to plant with seeds of Salvia officinalis L., Тagetes patula L., Ocimum basilicum L., Dracocephalum moldavica L., Nepeta transcaucasica Gr., Melissa officinalis L. Rudbeckia bicolor Nutt L., Stachys germanica L., Satureja Hortensis L., Origanum vulgare L., Nepeta cataria L., Marrubium vulgare L., Betonica officinalis L., Echinacea purpurea L.
