Analysis of financing of nature reserve fund objects of Lviv region

Abstract

This paper deals with dynamics of financing of reserves and national parks in Lviv region from the country’s State Budget and extra-budgetary resources in 2010-2013. It is proved that the State Budget of Ukraine is the main source of financing for nature reserve fund institutions. On the basis of extrapolation methods, the trends of natural protected areas financing have been identified. The costs per unit of area of individual territories and objects of natural reserve fund in Lviv region have been analyzed. The author determines characteristics of extrabudgetary funding of national nature parks development. The author substantiates priorities of attracting additional funds for the development of natural protected areas in a particular region. The role of national nature parks employees in the context of the increase in additional funds for the development of nature reserve business has been refined
