Features of the reformed agricultural enterprises territories optimization

Abstract

The article substantiates the peculiarities of optimization of the use of reformed agricultural enterprises. The necessity of organization of territory and land use taking into account ecological requirements concerning soils, relief, pollution of the territory, restrictions caused by landscape features, as well as measures for the development and improvement of agricultural lands have been proved. At the same time, the regulation of the territory of newly created agricultural enterprises is to create conditions for improving the culture of agriculture, restoration and increase of soil fertility, and on this basis, an increase in the gross production of agricultural products, as well as the rational use of technology and labor resources
