Increasing the level of investment attractiveness of land resources in Lviv region

Abstract

The paper discloses the issue of increasing the level of investment attractiveness of the land use. The author analyzes available land fund by types of land for the 2010-2014. The need to comply with documentation requirements for land management to improve land management investment at the regional level was justified. Dynamics of changes in capital investment for the protection of the environment by investing in areas of Lviv region for 2011-2014 was analyzed. The level of state involvement in land resources investment processes has been investigated. The author investigates chain of investment resources activities in modern conditions. It is proved that the land resources provide opportunities for them to use and have an unlimited working life.
