Modern methods of mass valuation of the market value of non-agricultural lands

Abstract

This paper deals with depth analysis of the existing methods of valuation of land in the Ukraine and the world. The author considers classical technique of an estimation and gives its new algorithms. The author gives developed algorithm of mass appraisal of the market value of agricultural lands by using hybrid systems
