Abstract

This paper deals with main preconditions and challenges in the functioning of protected areas, which made it possible to prove the effectiveness of the cluster approach to the development of the recreation tourism activity within the areas. The scheme of recreation and tourism clusters formation within protected areas, providing assessment of the territory potential and cluster groups formation and the institutional organization, have been given in this title
