Abstract

This note demonstrates that PIERO SRAFFA'S wage‐profit frontier can be generalized to take into account the real costs of protecting the environment from waste residuals. As such, it is an exercise in theoretical synthesis which draws upon elements of neo‐Ricardian theory and environmental economics.
