Recent Literature on Testing for Intergroup Concordance

Abstract

The paper discusses various approaches to defining and estimating the level of agreement between two populations, when a sample of persons from each population assigns a ranking to a set of objects. Two main approaches are discerned, yielding two distinct sample statistics. A jackknife estimation procedure is used, to provide confidence limits for a suitable population parameter.
