Diagnosis by Logistic Discriminant Function: Further Practical Problems and Results

Abstract

Further results on logistic discrimination are given. When zeros occur in the one‐way margins of discrete observations a problem arises. This is discussed, a solution is suggested and an application of the approach is given in a medical setting.
