Abstract

type="graphical" xml:id="gpol12189-abs-0001"> Thus, in a conflict where Syrians are dying from multiple causes and because of multiple parties, the highly criticised Obama question of ‘Why Syria? Why not Congo?’ could be transformed into: Why the Syrian regime? Why not the Jihadists, warlords, regional powers, etc?
